The changing tax landscape over the past 12 months has focused on devolution and simplified regulations. Energy tax and carbon reporting schemes have been reviewed with the aim of reducing the administrative burden to both industry and government, maintain the tax take and simplify the number of scheme businesses participate in.
The Business Energy Tax Reform reviews UK schemes such the Energy Savings Opportunities Scheme (ESOS), Climate Reduction Commitment (CRC), Climate Change Levy (CCL) and Mandatory GHG reporting with the potential impact of creating one scheme more closely aligned with ESOS.
Join us at this evening event to hear governmental and academic speakers join our cross-industry panel discussing the results and implication of these policy changes on climate and carbon schemes. Our evening events includes drinks, refreshments and time to network with peers, thought leaders and prospective clients.
