Building Information Modelling (BIM) has been a hot topic across the industry for over a decade and has received increasing attention due to the UK Government mandates for its use across centrally-procured public projects (http://cbxchange.org/category/knowledge/).

The processes which BIM provides aims to create a more efficient, collaborative supply chain across the industry through the digital representation and modelling of the physical and functional characteristics of buildings and other facilities. This should lead to buildings using less materials, and reducing any gap between the design and operation.

Join us at this CBx breakfast briefing to hear 3 speakers from across the industry discuss whether the implementation of BIM has been a success in meeting the energy and environmental aspirations.
